Here is a brief look at some of the things that will be coming up.

Soirée Canadienne

A traditional French Canadian meal including French Canadian Pea Soup, Québec Cheeses, Tortière,Baked Beans and Sugar Pie and pouding au chômeur.


Standing Rib of Beef  and Real Yorkshire Pudding

Well aged, cap-on, and bone-in . . . the best cut for Roast Beef, bar none, with all the fixins.

Served Medium-Rare with Gratin Dauphinois Potatoes and seasonal vegetables


Traditional Roasts

Juicy and tender Roasts of Pork, Lamb, Veal, Veneson etc.,  served with Appetizers, Vegetables and Desserts


Fondues
Traditional Swiss with real Emmentaler & Gruyère
         cheese and White Wine

Charlevoisienne with 1608 and Hercule Cheeses 

         from Charlevoix, Québec

And a Chocolate Fondue for dessert

Smoked Everything Night

3 courses: including Broiled Mushroom Caps stuffed with our Smoked Duck Breast filling & topped with Swiss Cheese, Choucroute Garni with smoked ham Hocks, Bacon and smoked local Sausage followed with home-made Apple pie served with Smoked Cheddar.


Seafood Extravaganza

We have done several Seafood Dinners with quality frozen seafood.

We would also consider flying in freshly caught seafood if we have enough interest.  Live Lobster from Nova Scotia anyone?  Let us know.
